The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance our clients' online presence across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This role demands creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of social media trends to engage target audiences effectively.

2-3 years of experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Proficiency in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Proven ability in audience and buyer persona research.
Solid understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics.
Familiarity with web design and publishing principles.
Exceptional multitasking and critical thinking abilities.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of SEO and its application to content marketing.
Understanding of social media advertising and targeting strategies.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset for developing engaging content and campaigns.
Attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
